Residential Garden Plans
Suburban and village properties benefit from a two-visit process: an initial site survey and a follow-up presentation of three layout directions. We specify paths, lawn transitions, hedge lines, and focal planting groups.
Revisions are included within thirty days of delivery. Fee: CHF 6,800 to CHF 9,500 depending on plot size up to 800 square metres.
Estate Masterplanning
Larger properties with multiple zones—orchards, formal parterres, woodland edges—receive a phased masterplan spanning up to five years of implementation. Soil testing coordination and contractor briefing attendance are part of the package.
Masterplans include cross-sections showing level changes and retaining concepts. Fee: CHF 14,000 to CHF 18,500 for estates exceeding 2,000 square metres.
Seasonal Refresh Consultations
Existing gardens that need repositioning without full redesign can book a half-day audit. We walk the site with the owner, flag underperforming plantings, and produce a targeted replacement schedule.
Output is a concise report with annotated photographs and a prioritised action list. Fee: CHF 1,650 per half-day session.
Material & Stone Selection
Path surfacing, wall cladding, and gravel choices are documented on physical sample boards couriered to the client. We compare local Guber gravel against imported basalt and provide cost-per-square-metre estimates for each option.
This service pairs naturally with any garden plan tier and can be commissioned independently. Fee: CHF 980 including three sample boards and a written specification sheet.
Engagement Terms
All fees are quoted exclusive of MwSt and payable 50 percent on commission, 50 percent on final delivery. Travel beyond 30 km from Luzern is billed at CHF 1.20 per kilometre.
