Studio Hours
Phytorinco welcomes visitors by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 and 16:00. Unscheduled drop-ins cannot be accommodated as staff are frequently on site visits throughout the canton.
Telephone enquiries are answered weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. Messages left outside these hours are returned the following business morning.
Initial Consultation
New commissions begin with a ninety-minute on-site consultation within the canton of Luzern. The session includes a walkthrough, photographic documentation, and preliminary scope discussion.
Consultation fee is CHF 380, credited in full toward any garden plan commissioned within sixty days. Consultations beyond 30 km from Luzern incur travel at CHF 1.20 per kilometre.
Written Enquiries
Email briefs should include the property address, approximate garden area, and photographs taken from primary viewpoints. We respond to complete enquiries within three business days with a fee estimate and proposed timeline.

Postal Deliverables
Final garden plans are couriered via Swiss Post A-Post to any address in Switzerland. International shipping is available on request with customs documentation prepared by the studio.
Clients who prefer digital-only delivery receive password-protected PDF sets through our secure file transfer, avoiding paper and postage entirely.
